2. I understand that due to Holiday Season my order can take 5-7 business days to process.
3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
4. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
   
6. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
   
7. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.
8. I understand that Lady Lashes is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 
9. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 
10. I understand that Lady Lashes does not offer refunds or exchanges due to the hygienic natural of our products.  A store credit can be issued on orders in unique cases. In the case that you do have an issue or concern please contact cs@ladylashes.com Please open your packages upon receipt.
